摘要

结直肠癌是在临床上具有较高发病率恶性肿瘤，它对患者身体健康和心理健康造成极大负面影响。随着社会经济水平提高和人民生活质量提升，人们对结直肠癌相关知识了解也越来越深入。当前，我国结直肠肿瘤的发病率正在逐年增加，并且呈现出越来越年轻的趋势。由于结直肠是消化系统中较为复杂而又重要部位之一，其手术风险较大，术后并发症多，复发率高等问题严重影响着患者身心健康及预后效果。许多患有结直肠癌的患者，在生病后心理受到巨大打击，有时甚至会产生自杀念头，这对治疗依从性产生深远影响。另外，由于部分结直肠癌患者病情反复发作，严重影响其预后效果。因此，对结直肠癌患者负面情绪进行深入分析，并实施适当的心理干预措施，将有助于加速患者康复进程，从而提升他们生活质量。

Abstract

Colorectal cancer is a malignant tumor with a high incidence in clinical practice, which has a great negative impact on patients' physical health and mental health. With the improvement of social and economic level and the improvement of people's quality of life, people's understanding of colorectal cancer related knowledge is becoming more and more in-depth. At present, the incidence of colorectal tumors in our country is increasing year by year, and shows a younger and younger trend. As colorectal is one of the more complex and important parts of the digestive system, its surgical risk is larger, postoperative complications are more, the recurrence rate is high, which seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients and the prognosis. Many patients with colorectal cancer suffer a huge psychological blow after falling ill, and sometimes even have suicidal thoughts, which has a profound impact on treatment compliance. In addition, because some patients with colorectal cancer have repeated attacks, their prognosis is seriously affected. Therefore, in-depth analysis of the negative emotions of patients with colorectal cancer and the implementation of appropriate psychological intervention measures will help accelerate the recovery process of patients, thereby improving their quality of life.
