Observation on the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children
综合性护理干预在儿童支气管哮喘治疗中的效果观察

摘要

目的 探究综合性护理干预在儿童支气管哮喘治疗中的效果。方法 选取2023年1月-2023年12月本院收治的80例小儿支气管哮喘患儿随机分为对照组（n=40）例与研究组（n=40）例。对照组采用常规护理，研究组采用综合护理，对比两组患儿临床症状消失时间、临床疗效。结果 治疗后，研究组肺部湿啰音、咳嗽、肺部哮鸣音消失时间远低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 本研究结果显示，对小儿喘息性肺炎患儿采取雾化联合孟鲁司特钠颗粒口服治疗方式，并指导预防措施，能够降低不良反应发生率和改善治疗现状。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma.
Methods 80 children with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group (n=40) and study group (n=40). The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the study group was treated with comprehensive nursing. The time of disappearance of clinical symptoms and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.
Results After treatment, the disappearance time of lung rates, cough and wheezing in the study group was much lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The results of this study show that the oral treatment of atomization combined with Montelukast sodium granules in children with asthmatic pneumonia and guiding preventive measures can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the status quo of treatment.
