The effect of vibration sputum expelling device combined with acupoint massage on the nursing of severe pneumonia patients
震动排痰仪联合穴位按摩对重症肺炎患者护理的效果

摘要

目的 观察分析对重症肺炎患者实施震动排痰仪联合穴位按摩的临床效果和应用价值。方法 采用回顾性研究方法，选择院内就诊的60例重症肺炎患者（样本纳入例数：60例；样本纳入时间：2022年5月至2023年5月），以随机摸球为基础分组方式，分为对照、实验两个小组，观察例数高度一致。分别实施震动排痰仪，震动排痰仪联合穴位按摩。收集分析护理效果。结果 与对照组（震动排痰仪）相比，实验组（震动排痰仪联合穴位按摩）第2-4天排痰量高于对照组，第5-7天排痰量低于对照组（P<0.05）；护理后的生活质量评分更高，动脉血氧分压更高，动脉血二氧化碳分压更低（P<0.05）。结论 震动排痰仪联合穴位按摩可以有效提升重症肺炎患者排痰量，改善血气指标，促进恢复，改善生活质量，有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect and application value of vibration sputum discharge instrument combined with acupoint massage in patients with severe pneumonia.
Methods A retrospective study was used to select 60 patients with severe pneumonia in our hospital (sample included: 60 cases; Sample inclusion time: May 2022 to May 2023) was divided into control and experimental groups based on random ball touching, and the number of observed cases was highly consistent. Vibration sputum discharge instrument, vibration sputum discharge instrument combined with acupoint massage were respectively implemented. The nursing effect was collected and analyzed.
Results Compared with the control group (vibration expectoration apparatus), the expectoration volume of the experimental group (vibration expectoration apparatus combined with acupoint massage) was higher than that of the control group at days 2-4, and lower at days 5-7 (P<0.05). The quality of life score after nursing was higher, the partial pressure of arterial blood oxygen was higher, and the partial pressure of arterial blood carbon dioxide was lower (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Vibration expectoration instrument combined with acupoint massage can effectively increase sputum output, improve blood gas index, promote recovery and improve life quality of patients with severe pneumonia, and have high application value.
