优质护理在冠心病护理中的应用研究

摘要

目的 以提高冠心病护理水平为研究目标，在临床护理中实施优质护理，明确其对冠心病患者的影响。方法 以2023年1月-12月时间段中于院内接受诊疗的冠心病患者为分析对象，共计71例，对各个患者进行编号后采取随机抽取法设置成对照组（34例）、观察组（37例），分别以常规手段、优质护理手段实施两组护理干预，对两组并发症及心理健康等干预情况相关数据信息进行分析。结果 并发症方面，两组相比，观察组总值更低（P<0.05）。心理健康方面，两组相比，观察组各项值更低（P<0.05）。结论 在临床护理中实施优质护理，有利于控制冠心病患者并发症，对改善其心理健康状态有着重要影响，这对提高冠心病护理水平有着重要意义。

Abstract

Objective To improve the nursing level of coronary heart disease as the research objective, to implement high-quality nursing in clinical nursing, to clarify its impact on patients with coronary heart disease.
Methods A total of 71 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) who received treatment in hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the analysis objects. After numbering each patient, they were divided into control group (34 cases) and observation group (37 cases) by random selection method. Two groups of nursing intervention were implemented by conventional means and high-quality nursing means respectively. The data of complications and mental health intervention in the two groups were analyzed.
Results In terms of complications, the total value of observation group was lower than that of the two groups (P<0.05). In terms of mental health, the values in the observation group were lower than those in the two groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of high-quality nursing in clinical nursing is beneficial to control the complications of patients with coronary heart disease, and has an important impact on improving their mental health, which has an important significance for improving the level of coronary heart disease nursing.
