Observation on the effect of accelerated rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with severed finger replantation
加速康复外科护理干预在断指再植术患者中的应用效果观察

摘要

目的 研究加速康复手术护理对断指再植病人的疗效和应用效果。方法 自2021年8月至2023年7月以我院收治的断指再植术患者70例作为研究的对象，使用计算机随机双盲法将干预组和对照组各35例。对干预组进行加速康复护理干预，对对照组进行常规护理。通过对两组病人的临床观察，对比两组病人的护理满意度。结果 与对照组比较，干预组并发症的发生率为4.32%，而对照组为17.62%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。在护理满意度方面，干预组的满意度达到了96.68%，与对照组的72.45%相比有了显著的提高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 通过对断指再植患者实施加速康复外科护理干预，可以有效地减少其并发症，加快其康复进程，改善术后效果，并提高临床护理质量。

Abstract

Objective To study the effect and application of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing on patients with severed finger replantation.
Methods From August 2021 to July 2023, 70 patients with severed finger replantation treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects, and 35 patients in each intervention group and control group were selected by computer randomized double-blind method. The intervention group was given accelerated rehabilitation nursing intervention, and the control group was given routine nursing. Through the clinical observation of the two groups of patients, the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients was compared.
Results Compared with the control group, the incidence of complications was 4.32% in the intervention group and 17.62% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In terms of nursing satisfaction, the satisfaction of the intervention group reached 96.68%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (72.45%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   By implementing accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing intervention for patients with severed finger replantation, the complications can be effectively reduced, the rehabilitation process can be accelerated, the postoperative effect can be improved and the quality of clinical nursing can be improved.
