Study on the application of nursing safety in ophthalmic nursing management
护理安全在眼科护理管理中的应用研究

摘要

目的 探讨分析在眼科护理管理中对护理安全的应用。方法 本次研究共计选取360例研究对象，均是眼科在2021年至2023年期间收治。同时，本次将采取对照实验形式进行研究，可根据360例患者的入院顺序分组，一组为对照组，对其实施常规护理管理，另一组为观察组，每组内均180例，实施护理安全管理模式，比较两组的护理不安全事件发生情况及护理满意度评分。结果 经统计数据分析看，观察组、对照组分别出现9例、17例不安全事件，发生率分别为5%、9.44%，观察组更低（P＜0.05）；从护理服务态度、护理工作质量、护理安全措施三个方面评估两组的护理满意度评分，结果显示观察组以上评分均更高（P＜0.05）。结论 在眼科实施护理安全管理可有效预防护理不安全事件，并可提升护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To discuss and analyze the application of nursing safety in eye care management.
Methods A total of 360 subjects were selected in this study, all of whom were admitted to the ophthalmology department between 2021 and 2023. At the same time, this study will be conducted in the form of controlled experiment, 360 patients can be divided according to the order of admission, one group is the control group, the implementation of routine nursing management, the other group is the observation group, 180 cases in each group, the implementation of nursing safety management mode, compare the occurrence of nursing unsafe events and nursing satisfaction scores of the two groups.
Results According to the statistical data analysis, 9 cases and 17 cases of unsafe events occurred in the observation group and the control group, the incidence was 5% and 9.44% respectively, and the incidence was lower in the observation group (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction scores of the two groups were evaluated from three aspects: nursing service attitude, nursing work quality and nursing safety measures, and the results showed that the above scores were higher in the observation group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of nursing safety management in ophthalmology can effectively prevent nursing unsafe events and improve nursing satisfaction.
