个性化护理在急性阑尾炎手术护理中的价值分析

摘要

目的 探讨个性化护理在急性阑尾炎手术护理中的价值分析。方法 选择我院于2023.1-2023.12收治的急性阑尾炎患者100例，按随机分组分为两组，分组后的对照组（50例）行常规护理，观察组（50例）行个性化护理。对两组患者的护理满意度、并发症发生率及负面情绪评分进行统计与比对。结果 两组均有效果，但观察组患者满意度更高，并发症与负面情绪评分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 个性化护理对急性阑尾炎患者效果显著，可提高患者护理满意度，降低患者的并发症发生率和患者负面情绪。有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective Exploring the value analysis of personalized nursing in the surgical care of acute appendicitis.
Methods 100 patients with acute appendicitis admitted to our hospital from March 1 to December 3, 2023 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (50 cases) received routine care after grouping, while the observation group (50 cases) received personalized care. Statistical analysis and comparison of nursing satisfaction, incidence of complications, and negative emotion scores between two groups of patients.
Results Both groups were effective, but the observation group had higher patient satisfaction, with lower scores for complications and negative emotions compared to the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Personalized nursing has a significant effect on patients with acute appendicitis, which can improve patient satisfaction with nursing, reduce the incidence of complications and negative emotions. Has high application value.
