The impact of early postoperative rehabilitation nursing intervention on the prognosis of aortic dissection surgery
术后早期康复护理干预对主动脉夹层手术预后效果的影响

摘要

目的 分析术后早期康复护理干预对主动脉夹层手术预后效果的影响。方法 于2022年02月-2024年01月期间，选取30例主动脉夹层手术患者为研究对象，电脑随机将患者均分为两组，对照组（n=15）采用常规护理，观察组（n=15）采用术后早期康复护理，对比干预效果。结果 观察组较对照组不良情绪及疼痛评分降低明显；术后康复情况改善明显；并发症发生率较低；生活质量评分高，上述指标对比均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对主动脉夹层手术患者实施术后早期康复护理干预，对不良情绪、术后疼痛有明显缓解作用，术后康复效果显著，不仅可以减少术后并发症的发生，还可以提高预后生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of early postoperative rehabilitation nursing intervention on the prognosis of aortic dissection.
Methods From February 2022 to January 2024, 30 patients with aortic dissection surgery were selected as the study objects, and the patients were randomly divided into two groups by computer. The control group (n=15) received routine nursing, and the observation group (n=15) received early postoperative rehabilitation nursing, and the intervention effect was compared.
Results The negative emotion and pain scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group. Postoperative rehabilitation improved significantly; The incidence of complications was low. The quality of life score was higher, and the comparison of the above indexes had statistical significance (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Early postoperative rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with aortic dissection surgery can significantly relieve adverse mood and postoperative pain, and the postoperative rehabilitation effect is significant, which can not only reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, but also improve the prognosis quality of life.
