Application of hospital-home supervision combined intensive diet nursing in patients with drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis
医院-家庭督导联合强化饮食护理在耐药肺结核患者中的应用

摘要

目的 探索研究医院-家庭督导联合强化饮食护理在耐药肺结核疾病患者中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析近三年我院收治耐药肺结核疾病患者100例作为研究分析样本，依据入院先后顺序作为分组条件，将所有人员均分为观察组（医院-家庭督导联合强化饮食护理n=50）、对照组（常规护理n=50），收集整理不同干预后两组患者相关指标数据，观察对比差异表现。结果 与对照组相比，观察组患者疾病家庭负担评分、社会支持分数、自我护理能力、营养指标数据均显优，组间P值显示﹤0.05标准，实现统计学意义。结论 医院-家庭督导联合强化饮食护理能够为耐药肺结核疾病患者提供社会支持，缓解疾病家庭负担，稳定患者营养水平，促进自我护理能力提升，值得借鉴。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of hospital-home supervision combined with intensive diet nursing in patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis.
Methods A retrospective analysis of 100 patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis admitted to our hospital in the past three years was conducted as research analysis samples. According to the order of admission, all patients were divided into observation group (hospital-family supervision combined with intensive diet nursing n=50) and control group (routine nursing n=50). Relevant index data of patients in the two groups after different interventions were collected and collated. Observe and contrast the differences in performance.
Results Compared with the control group, the family disease burden score, social support score, self-care ability and nutrition index data of patients in the observation group were significantly better, and the P value between groups showed <0.05 standard, achieving statistical significance.
Conclusion   The combination of hospital and family supervision and intensive diet nursing can provide social support for patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis, alleviate the family burden of disease, stabilize the nutritional level of patients, and promote the improvement of self-care ability, which is worth learning.
