Application of rapid rehabilitation concept in perioperative nursing of pediatric orthopedic patients
快速康复理念在小儿骨科患者围手术期护理中的应用分析

摘要

目的 分析研究在小儿骨科围手术期护理中应用快速康复理念的效果。方法 选取86例骨科收治的患儿作为研究对象，时间为2022年12月至2023年12月。根据86例患儿的入院顺序分组，最终分配为对照组、观察组，每组43例，分别在护理期间对其实施常规护理、快速康复护理，对比两组的护理效果。结果 据悉观察组患儿术后疼痛评分明显低于对照组（P＜0.05），而且观察组的住院时间也相对更短（P＜0.05）；观察组、对照组内分别出现2例、7例并发症情况，发生率分别为4.65%、16.27%，观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）；而且经满意度调查评估结果看，观察组家长的满意度更高（P＜0.05）。结论 将快速康复理念用于小儿骨科围手术期护理中能够进一步提高护理质量、减轻疼痛并防范并发症，也得到了家长认可。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and study the effect of applying the concept of rapid rehabilitation in pediatric orthopaedic perioperative nursing.
Methods A total of 86 children admitted to the Department of Orthopedics were selected as the study objects from December 2022 to December 2023. According to the admission order of 86 children, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 43 cases in each group. They were given routine nursing and rapid rehabilitation nursing during the nursing period, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.
Results The postoperative pain score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and the length of hospital stay in the observation group was also shorter (P < 0.05). Complications occurred in 2 cases and 7 cases in the observation group and control group, respectively, with an incidence of 4.65% and 16.27%, and the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). In addition, the satisfaction of parents in the observation group was higher (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation in pediatric orthopaedic perioperative nursing can further improve the quality of nursing, reduce pain and prevent complications, and has been recognized by parents.
