Study on quality nursing in nursing of chronic coronary ischemia syndrome
优质护理在慢性冠状动脉缺血综合征护理中的研究

摘要

目的 研究在慢性冠状动脉缺血综合征患者护理中开展优质护理的临床效果。方法 现将2022年2月至2024年2月期间来我医院彩超室接受诊疗的慢性冠状动脉缺血综合征患者60例开展分组护理研究。通过随机数字表法将入选的60例患者分成观察组30例与对照组30例。检查期间对照组行常规护理，观察组患者则给予优质护理干预，对比分析两组最终取得的护理效果。结果 护理后两组结果比较显示，观察组患者的焦虑情绪明显轻于对照组，护理依从性高于对照组，护理不良事件发生率低于对照组，最终患者对护理满意度高于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 在慢性冠状动脉缺血综合征患者护理中开展优质护理干预，可使临床护理服务质量得到进一步提升，改善患者的负性情绪，增强患者的护理依从性，从而减少护理不良事件发生，使临床护理工作得到患者的认可及满意。

Abstract

Objective To study the clinical effect of high-quality nursing in patients with chronic coronary ischemia syndrome.
Methods A group nursing study was carried out on 60 patients with chronic coronary ischemia syndrome who received diagnosis and treatment in the colored ultrasound room of our hospital from February 2022 to February 2024. The 60 patients were divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases) by random number table. During the examination, the control group received routine nursing, and the observation group was given high-quality nursing intervention. The final nursing effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed.
Results The results of the two groups after nursing showed that the anxiety of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the nursing compliance was higher than that in the control group, the incidence of nursing adverse events was lower than that in the control group, and the final satisfaction of patients with nursing was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Carrying out high-quality nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with chronic coronary ischemia syndrome can further improve the quality of clinical nursing service, improve patients' negative emotions, enhance patients' nursing compliance, reduce the occurrence of nursing adverse events, and make clinical nursing work recognized and satisfied by patients.
