摘要
目的 探究对睑板腺功能障碍性干眼患者进行护理干预的临床效果。方法 选取本院在2021年-2023年收治的100例睑板腺功能障碍性干眼患者进行研究，均实施护理干预，对比护理前后患者的临床指标（FLS、LMS）和患者对护理行为的依从性及满意度。结果 与护理前相比，护理后患者的FLS指标、LMS指标均有明显下降，且患者的护理依从性更高，护理满意度更高，（P＜0.05）。结论 对睑板腺功能障碍性干眼患者采取护理干预后能够显著改善患者的临床症状，提高患者对护理的依从性与满意度。

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention on patients with meibomian gland dysfunction and dry eye. Methods A study was conducted on 100 patients with meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye admitted to our hospital from 2021 to 2023, all of whom received nursing interventions. Clinical indicators (FLS, LMS) and patient compliance and satisfaction with nursing behavior were compared before and after nursing. Results Compared with before nursing, the FLS and LMS indicators of patients after nursing significantly decreased, and patients had higher nursing compliance and satisfaction (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention for patients with meibomian gland dysfunction and dry eye can significantly improve their clinical symptoms, increase their compliance and satisfaction with nursing.
