Analysis of the application value of accelerated rehabilitation surgery concept in perioperative nursing of hip replacement surgery
加速康复外科理念在髋关节置换术围术期护理中的应用价值分析

摘要

目的 探究加速康复外科理念在髋关节置换术围术期护理中的应用效果。方法 抽取2021年6月至2022年9月间的120例采取髋关节置换术的患者，按照所采用的护理方法分为实验组（加速康复外科理念）与对比组（常规护理）各60例，比较两组患者的心理状态评分、并发症发生率、疼痛评分、睡眠质量情况。结果 实验组的心理状态评分低于对比组，并发症发生率低于对比组，疼痛评分低于对比组，睡眠质量优于对比组，呈P<0.05。结论 加速康复外科理念的实施，能够降低不良心理对患者的影响，可降低并发症发生率，降低疼痛评分，提升患者的睡眠质量，可促进实现最终的治疗效果，可予以广泛推广使用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery concept in perioperative nursing of hip replacement.
Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing hip replacement from June 2021 to September 2022 were selected and divided into the experimental group (accelerated rehabilitation surgery concept) and the comparison group (routine care) with 60 cases in each group according to the nursing methods adopted. The psychological status score, complication rate, pain score and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.
Results The mental state score, complication rate, pain score and sleep quality of the experimental group were lower than those of the comparison group, P<0.05.
Conclusion   The implementation of the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery can reduce the impact of adverse psychology on patients, reduce the incidence of complications, reduce pain scores, improve the sleep quality of patients, promote the realization of the final treatment effect, and can be widely used.
