Application of predictive nursing in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI
预见性护理在冠心病PCI术后患者中的应用

摘要

目的 本文评价预见性护理在冠心病PCI术后患者中的应用价值，期待能将所研究理论应用至实践中去，为临床研究提供理论与实践依据，更好的服务患者，为其生命健康保健护航。方法 实验以对照形式展开，纳入样本为笔者院内收治的冠心病PCI术后患者，人数共计70例，研究期限为2022年9月至2023年9月，运用数字编号法实施组间划分，奇偶数分为单号组与双号组，每组安排（n=35），单号组采纳方案：常规护理服务；双号组采纳方案：常规护理+预见性护理。而后对相关数据展开收集整理、评价比对。比对范围涉及：术后并发症发生率、疼痛情况（VAS）、焦虑、抑郁情绪（SAS、SDS）、护理满意度。结果 统计学评估后可知，针对患者类型相同，采取护理方案不同，收获效果也随之不同，双号组患者在各项指标数值的体现上均显优单号组（P＜0.05），值得探讨。结论 预见性护理方案的融入采纳，不仅有效减少并发症发生率、疼痛症状，改善焦虑抑郁情绪，还可极大增强护患关系和谐，提高护理满意度，值得推崇。

Abstract

Objective This paper aims to evaluate the application value of predictive nursing in patients after PCI, and expect to apply the studied theory to practice, provide theoretical and practical basis for clinical research, better serve patients, and escort their life and health care.
Methods The experiment was conducted in the form of PCI patients with 70 cases from September, 2022 to September, 2023.3, and each group (n=35): 3: routine nursing service; 3: routine nursing + predictive nursing. Then, the relevant data was collected and collated, evaluated and compared. The scope of comparison includes: postoperative complications, pain (VAS), anxiety, depression (SAS, SDS), and nursing satisfaction.
Results After statistical evaluation, it can be seen that for the same types of patients, different nursing plans and different harvest effects. The patients in the double group were better in the single group in the value of each index (P <0.05), which is worth discussing.
Conclusion   The integration and adoption of predictive nursing program can not only effectively reduce the incidence of complications, pain symptoms, improve anxiety and depression, but also greatly enhance the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, and improve the satisfaction of nursing, which is worthy of praise.
