赋能健康教育模式对乳腺癌化疗患者的影响

摘要

目的 观察分析对乳腺癌化疗患者实施赋能教育模式健康教育的临床效果和应用价值。方法 采用回顾性研究方法,收集100例乳腺癌化疗患者的临床资料,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组:常规护理,实验组:赋能教育模式健康教育。收集分析护理效果。结果 实验组护理后的自我管理效能感评分、自我护理能力评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 赋能教育模式健康教育可以有效改善乳腺癌化疗患者对于疾病的认知,提升自我护理能力,提升积极性和自我效能感,有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect and application value of health education mode of empowerment education for patients with breast cancer chemotherapy.
Methods Retrospective study method was used to collect clinical data of 100 patients with breast cancer chemotherapy, randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 50 cases in each group. Control group: routine nursing, experimental group: enabling education mode of health education. The nursing effect was collected and analyzed.
Results The scores of self-management efficacy and self-care ability of the experimental group were higher after nursing, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The health education model of enabling education can effectively improve the cognition of breast cancer patients with chemotherapy for the disease, enhance self-care ability, enhance enthusiasm and self-efficacy, and has high application value.
