Visual analysis of the current research status of domestic community home-based elderly care servicesbased on CiteSpace
基于CiteSpace的国内社区居家养老服务研究现状的可视化分析

摘要

目的 探索近10年国内社区居家养老服务研究领域的热点与发展趋势，为该领域研究提供参考。方法 应用CiteSpace软件，基于中国知网（CNKI），检索2014-2023年社区居家养老服务领域研究文献，从年度发文量、发文作者、发文机构、研究热点、发展趋势与前沿5个角度进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入278篇文献。年发文量总体呈“钟型曲线”分布；“失能老人”是该领域重点关注群体之一；研究热点主要集中在“医养结合”、“影响因素”、“养老模式”；服务“供给”、“可及性”评价成为该领域研究前沿。结论 近10年国内社区居家养老服务领域研究文献规模并不大，研究团队、机构之间合作有待加强。未来应重点解决社区居家养老服务供需矛盾，提高社区居家养老服务利用率。

Abstract

Objective To explore the hot spots and development trends in the domestic community home care service research field in the past 10 years, and provide reference for the research in this field.
Methods CiteSpace software was used to search research literature in the field of community home care services from 2014 to 2023 based on CNKI, and visualized analysis was made from five perspectives: the annual number of publications, authors, institutions, research hotspots, development trends and frontiers.
Results A total of 278 literatures were included. The annual number of published papers generally presents a "bell curve" distribution; "Disabled elderly" is one of the key groups in this field. The research focuses on "combination of medical care", "influencing factors" and "pension model". The evaluation of service "supply" and "accessibility" has become the research frontier in this field.
Conclusion   In recent 10 years, the research literature in the field of community home care services in China is not large, and the cooperation between research teams and institutions needs to be strengthened. In the future, we should focus on solving the contradiction between supply and demand of community home care services and improving the utilization rate of community home care services.
