摘要
目的 讨论及研究预康复在老年患者胸腔镜肺部手术中的应用效果。方法 本次研究患者的数量为60例，起始时间为2023年2月份，截止时间为2024年2月份，分成了对照组和试验组，每组30例，对照组常规胸部外科术前宣教，试验组预康复护理计划，分析两组患者的6分钟步行试验，生命质量、抑郁、焦虑情绪，掌握患者的胸引管放置时间、肺部并发症发生率以及住院时间。结果 试验组患者6分钟步行试验效果更佳，肺部并发症发生率更低，患者的生命质量得到提高，抑郁、焦虑得到改善，患者的胸引管放置时间和住院时间更短，患者的并发症发生率更低，P<0.05。结论 为老年患者行胸腔镜肺部手术中提供预康复护理，可以改善患者的肺功能，改善患者临床指标，降低患者出现并发症，提高患者的运动能力，值得提倡。

Abstract
Objective To discuss and study the application effect of pre-rehabilitation in thoracoscopic lung surgery in elderly patients. Methods The number of patients in this study was 60, starting from February 2023 and ending from February 2024. They were divided into control group and experimental group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine pre-thoracic surgery education and the experimental group received pre-rehabilitation nursing plan. The time of chest catheter placement, the incidence of pulmonary complications and the length of hospital stay were evaluated. Results The experimental group had better effect of 6-minute walking test, lower incidence of pulmonary complications, improved quality of life, depression and anxiety, shorter placement time and hospital stay, and lower incidence of complications (P<0.05). Conclusion Providing pre-rehabilitation nursing for elderly patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung surgery can improve lung function, improve clinical indicators, reduce complications and improve exercise ability of patients, which is worth advocating.
