Psychological evaluation and nursing intervention for medical beauty patients

摘要

目的 对医学美容就医者心理评估及护理干预探讨。方法 针对我院所收治的90例医学美容整形患者作为研究对象，对患者的临床资料进行系统性的分析，有效评估患者的心理状态，对患者采用针对性的心理疏导，同时对患者的心理状态变化进行分析。结果 观察组护理后焦虑、抑郁情况低于对照组（P<0.05），且护理后镇痛效果高于对照组（P<0.05）；经过护理后，观察组患者的手术效果、自理程度和医生态度情况均高于对照组患者（P<0.05），且术后担心预后不良低于对照组患者（P<0.05）。结论 对医学美容整形患者采用心理护理干预，可以有效的缓解患者的不良情绪，在临床的应用中值得普遍推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the psychological evaluation and nursing intervention of medical beauty patients.
Methods A systematic analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 90 medical cosmetic plastic surgery patients admitted to our hospital, effectively evaluating their psychological status. Targeted psychological counseling was provided to patients, and changes in their psychological status were analyzed.
Results The anxiety and depression levels in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the analgesic effect after nursing was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); After nursing, the surgical effect, self-care level, and doctor's attitude of the observation group patients were higher than those of the control group patients (P<0.05), and postoperative concerns about poor prognosis were lower than those of the control group patients (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Psychological nursing intervention for medical cosmetic surgery patients can effectively alleviate their negative emotions and is worth promoting in clinical practice.
