The value of nursing intervention for patients with indwelling catheters after general anesthesia on restlessness intervention during recovery period
全身麻醉后留置尿管患者护理干预对复苏期躁动干预的价值

摘要

目的 观察分析全身麻醉后留置尿管患者实施护理干预对复苏期躁动的临床效果和应用价值。方法选择我院于2022年5月至2023年5月内就诊的60例全身麻醉后留置尿管患者，随机分为对照组（30例，常规护理）和实验组（30例，复苏期躁动护理干预），收集分析护理效果。结果 实验组护理后的呼吸恢复时间更短，疼痛评分、镇静评分、躁动评分更低，苏醒期躁动评分、尿道刺激评分更低，生命体征更稳定，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 护理干预可以有效减少全身麻醉后留置尿管患者复苏期躁动风险，维持生命体征稳定，促进恢复，缩短恢复所需时间，有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective Observation and analysis of the clinical effect and application value of nursing intervention for patients with indwelling catheters after general anesthesia on restlessness during recovery period.
Methods Sixty patients with indwelling catheters after general anesthesia who visited our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were randomly divided into a control group (30 cases, routine nursing) and an experimental group (30 cases, agitation nursing intervention during the recovery period), and the nursing effects were collected and analyzed.
Results The experimental group had a shorter respiratory recovery time after nursing, lower pain scores, sedation scores, restlessness scores, lower restlessness scores and urethral stimulation scores during the recovery period, and more stable vital signs, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Nursing intervention can effectively reduce the risk of agitation in patients with indwelling catheters after general anesthesia, maintain stable vital signs, promote recovery, shorten the time required for recovery, and has high application value.
