Observation on effect of nursing intervention in gynecological acute abdomen patients
妇科急腹症患者实施护理干预的效果观察

摘要

目的 本课题针对护理干预在妇科急腹症患者中的应用价值与影响意义展开分析和探讨。方法 入选样本为笔者院内收治的妇科急腹症患者，人数共计100例，期限定于2022年10月至2023年10月之间，采用系统抽样法将其均分两组，开展常规护理服务的小组为参照组，划入人数（n=50）；开展优质护理服务的小组为研究组，划入人数为（n=50），而后针对相关数据进行收集整理，分析比对。结果 研究结束后，不同的护理方案策略，同样的患者类型，所得效果却截然不同，研究组护理满意度为94.00％（49/50），参照组护理满意度为80.00％（40/50），两组差异显现（P＜0.05）。结论 在本次研究中，重点针对护理干预在妇科急腹症患者中的应用效果展开分析研究，目的在于借助对比实验来明确何种干预策略对上述患者影响价值更为突出，该项护理方案不仅能有效缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪，改善患者术后疼痛状况，促进胃肠功能恢复速度，还可极大程度缩短住院时间，提高护理满意度，值得肯定。

Abstract

Objective This topic analyzes and discusses the application value and influence significance of nursing intervention in patients with gynecological acute abdomen.
Methods The selected samples were 100 patients with gynecological acute abdomen admitted to our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023. They were divided into two groups by systematic sampling method. The group carrying out routine nursing service was the reference group, and the number of patients was included (n=50). The group that carried out quality nursing services was the research group with the number of participants (n=50), and then the relevant data were collected, sorted out, analyzed and compared.
Results After the study, different nursing strategies and the same type of patients had different effects. The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 94.00% (49/50) and that of the reference group was 80.00% (40/50), and the difference between the two groups was significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   In this study, the application effect of nursing intervention in patients with gynecological acute abdomen was analyzed and studied, with the purpose of clarifying which intervention strategy had a more prominent impact on the above patients with the help of comparative experiments. This nursing program could not only effectively alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients, improve the postoperative pain of patients, and promote the speed of gastrointestinal function recovery. It can also greatly shorten the length of hospital stay and improve nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of affirmation.
