Study on the application effect of multi-form health education on stroke patients
多形式健康宣教对脑卒中患者的应用效果研究

摘要

目的 文中围绕脑卒中患者临床护理方法展开应用研究，并对多形式健康宣教方式进行总结，探讨其应用效果。方法 在2023年1月至2023年11月我院接受治疗的脑卒中患者154例作为研究对象，根据临床护理方式不同进行分组，常规护理者共77例分于参照组，剩余患者接受多形式健康宣教并分于研究组，对患者辅以不同护理方案干预后的临床相关数据进行计算、分析，简列数据后对比、检验。结果 患者护理前后心理情绪、自我管理能力、生活质量评分、健康知识知晓评分，两组数据列举后对比可见，护理前数据差异对比不明显（P＞0.05）；护理后研究组相对评分较高，参照组较低；对比总满意率，数据研究组VS参照组，49（98.00%） VS 40（80.00%）；护理后通过数据可体现出研究组应用效果相较于参照组更加凸显（P＜0.05）。结论 针对脑卒中患者护理中更强调多形式健康宣教方式的应用，有助于患者提升自理能力、生活质量，同时增强对自身疾病的正确认知，缓解不良情绪，效果获得患者满意，建议广泛应用。

Abstract

Objective To conduct an applied research on clinical nursing methods for stroke patients, summarize the multi-form health education methods, and explore their application effects.
Methods A total of 154 stroke patients treated in our hospital from January 2023 to November 2023 were divided into groups according to different clinical nursing methods. A total of 77 patients with routine nursing were divided into the reference group, while the remaining patients received multi-form health education and were divided into the study group. The relevant clinical data of patients supplemented with different nursing schemes were calculated and analyzed, and the data were compared and examined after summary.
Results The psychological emotion, self-management ability, quality of life score and health knowledge score of patients before and after nursing were compared, but there was no significant difference before nursing (P > 0.05). After nursing, the relative score was higher in the study group and lower in the reference group. Compared with the total satisfaction rate, the data study group VS the reference group, 49 (98.00%) VS 40 (80.00%); After nursing, it can be seen from the data that the application effect of the study group is more prominent than that of the reference group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   More emphasis is placed on the application of multi-form health education in the nursing of stroke patients, which can help patients improve their self-care ability and quality of life, enhance their correct cognition of their own diseases, relieve bad emotions, and obtain patients' satisfaction. It is recommended to be widely used.
