Application of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of hypertension associated with cerebral infarction
循证护理在脑梗死伴发高血压护理中的应用

摘要

目的 探析在脑供血伴发高血压患者护理中实施循证护理方式对改善患者临床症状起到的效果和作用。方法 本次实验时间为2022年2月至2023年2月，实验对象为该区间在本院收治的脑梗死伴发高血压患者70例，为了保障本次实验结果具有合理性，将70例患者按照奇偶数法分为了对照组和观察组，前者实施常规护理，后者实施循证护理，护理后对两组患者临床症状改善情况实施对比。结果 通过实验结果可以得知，实施循证护理的观察组患者神经功能缺损评分优于对照组，并发症发生率为5.71%，低于对照组17.14%（P＜0.05）。结论 为脑梗死伴发高血压患者实施循证护理能够实现患者血压指标的有效控制，也能实现患者身体症状的有效改善，所以具有较高的应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect and role of implementing evidence-based nursing methods in improving the clinical symptoms of patients with cerebral blood supply and hypertension.
Methods This experiment was conducted from February 2022 to February 2023. The experimental subjects were 70 patients with cerebral infarction and hypertension who were treated in a hospital during this period. In order to ensure that the results of this experiment are reasonable, 70 cases were papatients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the odd-even number method. The former received routine care, while the latter received evidence-based care. After care, the improvement of clinical symptoms of the two groups of patients was compared.
Results From the experimental results, it can be known that the neurological deficit score of the patients in the observation group who implemented evidence-based nursing was better than that of the control group, and the complication rate was 5.71%, which was 17.14% lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing evidence-based nursing care for patients with cerebral infarction and hypertension can effectively control the patient's blood pressure indicators and effectively improve the patient's physical symptoms, so it has high application value.
