Preparation of Qiye Yizhi flower tincture and its application in mosquito biting during field trainingof officers and soldiers
七叶一枝花酊制备及在官兵野外驻训期间蚊虫叮咬中的运用

摘要

目的 研究官兵野外驻训期间蚊虫叮咬运用七叶一枝花酊的有效价值。方法 对2021年3月-2022年3月，加入野外驻训活动被蚊虫叮咬的60例官兵视作观察对象，基于干预方式划分两组，有复方樟脑乳膏干预的复方干预组、七叶一枝花酊干预的七叶干预组，统计官兵蚊虫叮咬症状改善情况、治疗效果。结果 七叶干预组患者属于明显好转有12例、属于一般好转有15例、属于无好转有3例、总好转率是90.0%，高于复方干预组，p<0.05；干预前，两组患者的症状积分之间比较p>0.05。干预后，七叶干预组红肿症状积分均值（2.03±0.42）分、发热症状积分均值（2.15±0.08）分、疼痛症状积分均值（2.23±0.06）分、瘙痒症状积分均值（2.14±0.05）分，低于复方干预组p<0.05；干预前，两组患者WHOQOL生活质量量表多个项目评分之间p>0.05。干预后，七叶干预组躯体功能、心理功能、社交功能、活力展现的分数评估依次为（87.35±6.29）分、（86.90±5.24）分、（88.52±6.71）分、（89.32±6.40）分，均高于复方干预组，p<0.05。结论 官兵野外驻训期间蚊虫叮咬的治疗干预中，要及时应用七叶一枝花酊，提高治疗效率，改善患者不良症状，增强患者生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To study the effective value of using Qiye Yizhi Flower Tincture for mosquito bites during field training of officers and soldiers.
Methods Sixty officers and soldiers who were bitten by mosquitoes during field training activities from March 2021 to March 2022 were observed. They were divided into two groups based on intervention methods: the compound intervention group with compound camphor cream intervention and the seven leaf intervention group with seven leaves and one branch flower tincture intervention. The improvement of mosquito bite symptoms and treatment effects of officers and soldiers were statistically analyzed.
Results In the Qiye intervention group, 12 patients showed significant improvement, 15 patients showed general improvement, and 3 patients showed no improvement. The total improvement rate was 90.0%, which was higher than that of the compound intervention group (p<0.05); Before intervention, the comparison of symptom scores between the two groups of patients was p>0.05. After intervention, the mean score of redness and swelling symptoms (2.03 ± 0.42), fever symptoms (2.15 ± 0.08), pain symptoms (2.23 ± 0.06), and itching symptoms (2.14 ± 0.05) in the Qiye intervention group were lower than those in the compound intervention group (p<0.05); Before intervention, the scores of multiple items on the WHOQOL quality of life scale between the two groups of patients were p>0.05. After intervention, the scores of physical function, psychological function, social function, and vitality display in the seven leaf intervention group were evaluated as (87.35 ± 6.29) points, (86.90 ± 5.24) points, (88.52 ± 6.71) points, and (89.32 ± 6.40) points, all higher than those in the compound intervention group (p<0.05).
Conclusion   In the treatment and intervention of mosquito bites during field training for officers and soldiers, timely application of Qiye Yizhi Flower Tincture is necessary to improve treatment efficiency, improve adverse symptoms of patients, and enhance their quality of life.
