Analysis of the perioperative nursing effects of comfortable care during vitrectomy for patientswith complex retinal detachment
针对患有复杂性视网膜脱离患者在玻璃体切除术治疗期间采用舒适护理围手术期护理效果进行分析

摘要

目的 复杂性视网膜脱离患者玻璃体切除术治疗期间采用围手术期舒适护理的效果。方法 整理2022年1月-2022年12月本院收治的复杂性视网膜脱离患者180例，根据护理方法的区别分为观察组、对照组，各90例。两组均实施玻璃体切除术，对照组应用围手术期常规护理，观察组应用围手术期舒适护理。对比干预效果。结果 观察组并发症发生率低于对照组，对比有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组舒适度评分高于对照组，对比有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组依从率高于对照组，对比有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度高于对照组，对比有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 围手术期舒适护理可以降低并发症风险，提升患者舒适度、依从性，且能保证患者满意度，有推广的价值。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the effect of perioperative comfort care during vitrectomy for patients with complex retinal detachment.
Methods A total of 180 patients with complex retinal detachment admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were divided into observation group and control group with 90 cases in each group according to the difference of nursing methods. Vitrectomy was performed in both groups. The control group received perioperative routine nursing and the observation group received perioperative comfort nursing. The effect of intervention was compared.
Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The comfort score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). The compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the comparison was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Perioperative comfort nursing can reduce the risk of complications, improve the comfort and compliance of patients, and ensure the satisfaction of patients, which has the value of popularization.
