Effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on hand burn patients
手部烧伤患者应用康复护理干预的效果研究

摘要

目的 研究康复护理干预在手部烧伤患者护理中的效果。方法 从我院2021年1月到2022年1月收治的手部烧伤患者中选取60例患者作为研究对象，随机将60例患者划分为对照组和实验组，每组30例。对照组患者采取常规护理，实验组患者采取康复护理干预，对两组患者的心理状态和手指关节活动情况做出对比分析。结果 实验组患者的手指关节恢复率93.33%，对照组患者的手指关节恢复率为63.33%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；实验组患者与对照组患者在护理开展之前，两组抑郁和焦虑得分差异不具有统计学意义（P>0.05）；实验组患者采用康复护理干预展开护理，抑郁和焦虑得分差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；对照组患者采用常规护理手段展开护理，抑郁和焦虑得分差异不具有统计学意义（P>0.05）；实验组和对照组患者护理之后，两组抑郁和焦虑得分差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对手部烧伤患者开展常规护理和康复护理干预，都能够取得一定的恢复效果，但是康复护理措施效果更加显著，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention in the care of hand burn patients.
Methods From January 2021 to January 2022 in our hospital, 60 patients with hand burns were selected as the study subjects, and 60 patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 30 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing, and the patients in the experimental group were given rehabilitation nursing intervention. The psychological status and finger joint activity of the two groups were compared and analyzed.
Results The recovery rate of finger joint in the experimental group was 93.33%, and that in the control group was 63.33%, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05); There was no significant difference in depression and anxiety scores between the experimental group and the control group before nursing (P>0.05); The patients in the experimental group were treated with rehabilitation nursing intervention, and the scores of depression and anxiety were significantly different (P<0.05); There was no significant difference in depression and anxiety scores between patients in the control group who used routine nursing methods (P>0.05); After nursing, the scores of depression and anxiety in the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Routine nursing and rehabilitation nursing intervention for hand burn patients can achieve a certain recovery effect, but rehabilitation nursing measures are more effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
