Effects of diversified nursing combined with pain intervention on pain degree and dry eye symptoms of female patients after pterygium surgery
多元化护理结合疼痛干预对女性翼状胬肉术后患者疼痛程度及干眼症状的影响

摘要

目的 探究多元化护理结合疼痛干预对女性翼状胬肉术后患者疼痛程度及干眼症状的影响。方法 选取本院2022年5月~2023年5月间122例女性翼状胬肉切除术后患者作为观察对象，随机分组，分为对照组（行多元化护理）和观察组（采用多元化护理结合疼痛干预），各61例，比较应用效果。结果 观察组干眼症状评分低于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组创口愈合时间短于对照组，创面恢复程度评分高于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组VAS分值低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 多元化护理结合疼痛干预的应用，可有效缓解翼状胬肉切除术后患者疼痛程度与干眼症状，促进创口恢复，具有推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effects of diversified nursing combined with pain intervention on the pain degree and dry eye symptoms of female patients after pterygium surgery.
Methods A total of 122 female patients after pterygium excision from May 2022 to May 2023 in our hospital were selected as observation objects and randomly divided into control group (receiving diversified nursing) and observation group (receiving diversified nursing combined with pain intervention), 61 cases in each group, and the application effect was compared.
Results Dry eye symptom score of observation group was lower than control group (P < 0.05), wound healing time of observation group was shorter than control group, wound recovery degree score of observation group was higher than control group (P < 0.05), VAS score of observation group was lower than control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of diversified nursing combined with pain intervention can effectively relieve the pain degree and dry eye symptoms of patients after pterygium excision, and promote wound recovery, which has the value of popularization.
