Analysis of the effect of high quality nursing on patients undergoing replantation of severed finger
优质护理用于断指再植手术患者的疗效分析

摘要

目的 探析断肢再植手术患者执行优质护理干预的积极作用。方法 我院2022年1月至2023年1月期间收治的64例断指再植手术患者以双盲法均分为对照组（常规围手术期护理）、研究组（优质护理），对比两组护理成效。结果 研究组手部功能评分更高，且护理后的焦虑、疼痛评分更低，与对照组差异P<0.05；研究组住院时间短于对照组，且断指存活率为93.75%，高于对照组75%（P<0.05）；研究组并发症发生率低于对照组，差异P<0.05。结论 优质护理对于提高断指存活率和促进断指再植手术患者快速康复具有重要意义，值得推行。

Abstract

Objective To explore the positive effect of high-quality nursing intervention in patients with amputation replantation.
Methods From January 2022 to January 2023, 64 patients with replantation operation of severed finger in our hospital were divided into control group (routine perioperative nursing) and study group (quality nursing) by double-blind method, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.
Results The hand function score of the study group was higher, and the anxiety and pain score after nursing was lower, and the difference between the control group and the control group was P<0.05. The duration of hospitalization in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, and the survival rate of finger amputation was 93.75%, which was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was P<0.05.
Conclusion   High quality nursing is important for improving the survival rate of severed finger and promoting the rapid recovery of patients with replantation of severed finger.
