摘要

目的 分析Peyton四步教学法结合PBL教学在内分泌科护理教学中的运用效果。方法 选取我院2022年1月-2022年12月的80例内分泌科护理实习学员,随机分为实验组和对照组,各40例,对照组采用常规教学模式,实验组采用Peyton四步教学法结合PBL教学模式,对比两组教学效果。结果 实验组考核评分以及认同感、专业思想评分升高幅度显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 Peyton四步教学法结合PBL教学在内分泌科护理教学中具有良好的应用效果,可显著提高学员考核成绩,促进学员对内分泌科护理的专业认同和专业思想转变。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of Peyton four-step teaching method combined with PBL teaching in the nursing teaching of endocrinology department.
Methods A total of 80 endocrinology nursing interns in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group adopted conventional teaching mode and the experimental group adopted Peyton four-step teaching method combined with PBL teaching mode. The teaching effect of the two groups was compared.
Results The test scores and the scores of identity and professional thought in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The Peyton four-step teaching method combined with PBL teaching has a good application effect in the nursing teaching of endocrinology department, which can significantly improve students' assessment results and promote students' professional identification and professional thought transformation of endocrinology department nursing.
