探究心血管护理中舒适护理的临床应用效果分析

摘要

目的 分析研究将舒适护理用于心血管护理中的临床效果。方法 本次于心血管内科开展研究，共计选取72例患者，均符合心血管疾病诊断标准，同时经过对其基本资料及临床资料的调查分析后确认符合实验参与条件。将采取对照实验形式开展研究，根据患者的入院顺序分组，最终分组为对照组、观察组，每组36例，并分别对其实施常规护理、舒适护理，比较护理效果。结果 通过SAS（焦虑评估量表）、SDS（抑郁评估量表）评估了两组患者的心理状态，从结果数据分析看，观察组患者护理后的SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；并且观察组患者护理满意度也更高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在心血管护理中实施舒适护理可减轻患者心理不良情绪、提高护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of using comfort care in cardiovascular care.
Methods A total of 72 patients were selected in the department of cardiovascular Medicine, all of which met the diagnostic criteria of cardiovascular disease. Meanwhile, the investigation and analysis of the basic data and clinical data confirmed that they met the conditions for experimental participation. The study will be carried out in the form of control experiment, and the patients will be grouped according to the admission order, and the final group is control group and observation group, with 36 cases in each group, and routine nursing and comfortable nursing will be implemented respectively to compare the nursing effect.
Results The psychological status of the two groups was assessed by SAS (anxiety assessment scale) and SDS (depression assessment scale). From the outcome data analysis, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05); and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05).
Conclusion   Comfortable nursing in cardiovascular nursing can reduce patients' psychological bad mood and improve nursing satisfaction.
