优质护理模式在心血管内科护理工作中的应用研究

摘要

目的 研究分析将优质护理模式用于心血管内科护理中的实际效果。方法 为达成研究目的，将于心血管内科中抽取68例患者作为研究对象，均符合心内科疾病诊断标准，确诊为心肌梗死、冠心病、慢性心力衰竭等。同时，将根据68例患者的入科先后顺序分组为对照组、观察组，分别对其实施常规护理、优质护理模式，比较两组的具体护理效果。结果 首先评估比较了两组的护理质量评分，包括“护理态度”“心理疏导”“管理措施”及“操作水平”，结果显示观察组以上护理质量评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；其次，在护理干预后观察组患者焦虑、抑郁评分均有改善，观察组更低（P＜0.05）；最后，观察组护理满意度更高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 将优质护理模式用于心血管内科护理中可提高护理质量、减轻患者心理压力并提高护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To study and analyze the effect of applying high-quality nursing model to cardiovascular internal medicine nursing.
Methods In order to achieve the purpose of the study, 68 patients were selected from the cardiovascular department. All patients met the diagnostic criteria of cardiology and were diagnosed as myocardial infarction, coronary heart disease, chronic heart failure, etc. At the same time, 68 patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission, and routine nursing and high-quality nursing mode were respectively implemented to compare the specific nursing effects of the two groups.
Results First, the nursing quality scores of the two groups were evaluated and compared, including "nursing attitude", "psychological counseling", "management measures" and "operation level". The results showed that the above nursing quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Secondly, after nursing intervention, the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were improved, and the observation group was lower (P < 0.05); Finally, nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of high-quality nursing model in cardiovascular internal medicine nursing can improve the quality of nursing, reduce the psychological pressure of patients and improve nursing satisfaction.
