Analysis of clinical effect of comprehensive nursing on prevention of urinary retention after radical resection of rectal cancer
综合护理在直肠癌根治术后预防尿潴留的临床效果分析

摘要

目的 对综合护理在直肠癌根治术后预防尿潴留的临床效果进行探究。方法 于2022年3年—2023年5月于我院接受直肠癌根治术治疗的患者中选择80例作为探究对象，通过随机分组的方式，将其划分为两组，一组是对照组，另一组是实验组，其中，对照组患者人数为40例，采用常规护理方式，实验组患者人数为40例，采用综合护理方式，对两组患者护理质量、直肠癌根治术后尿潴留预防效果、患者护理满意度等进行比较分析。结果 采用综合护理方式的实验组，患者护理效果远远好于采用常规护理方式的对照组，并且实验组尿潴留预防效果高于对照组，实验组患者对护理满意度更高，两者比较，有着明显的差异，具有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论 在为接受直肠癌根治术治疗方式的患者提供护理服务过程中，综合护理的效果更加理想，在临床领域中应用广泛，有效减少术后尿潴留的发生，保证患者治疗质量，帮助患者快速恢复身体健康，护理效果好，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing on preventing urinary retention after radical resection of rectal cancer.
Methods From March 2022 to May 2023, 80 patients who underwent radical resection of rectal cancer in our hospital were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the experimental group. Among them, the control group had 40 patients who received routine nursing care, while the experimental group had 40 patients who received comprehensive nursing care. The nursing quality, the prevention effect of urinary retention after radical resection of rectal cancer and patients' satisfaction with nursing were compared and analyzed.
Results The nursing effect of the experimental group with comprehensive nursing mode was far better than that of the control group with conventional nursing mode, and the prevention effect of urinary retention in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. The patients in the experimental group were more satisfied with nursing. There was a significant difference between the two groups, with statistical significance, P<0.05.
Conclusion   In the process of providing nursing services for patients receiving radical resection of rectal cancer, the effect of comprehensive nursing is more ideal, and it is widely used in the clinical field, effectively reducing the occurrence of postoperative urinary retention, ensuring the quality of patients' treatment, helping patients quickly recover to health, and the nursing effect is good, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
