Study on the application of perioperative nursing intervention in free skin flap repair of hand trauma skin defect
围术期护理干预在游离皮瓣修复手外伤皮肤缺损中的应用研究

摘要

目的 针对围术期护理干预在游离皮瓣修复手外伤皮肤缺损中的应用研究。方法 选取我院在2020年1月-2022年12月收治的60例实施围术期护理干预游离皮瓣修复手外伤皮肤软组织缺损的患者为研究对象，将其平均分为对照组和观察组，对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施人性化护理，比较两组患者的并发症发生情况、修复情况、疼痛以及肿胀消失时间。结果 观察组和对照组的修复成功率分别为100.00%（30/30）和100.00%（30/30）。本组1例1/30，与对照组2/30相比，本组3/30，有显著性差异（P<0.05）。观察组与对照组相比，疼痛及红肿消退的时间明显短于对照组（P<0.05）；结论 在围术期护理干预游离皮瓣修复手外伤皮肤软组织缺损的治疗中，对患者进行护理干预，可以减少并发症的发生，促进患者的恢复，整体护理效果好，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To study the application of perioperative nursing intervention in free skin flap repair of hand trauma skin defects.
Methods Sixty patients treated in XX Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 who underwent perioperative nursing intervention to repair skin and soft tissue defects of hand trauma with free skin flap were selected as the study objects, and they were evenly divided into control group and observation group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received humanized nursing. The incidence of complications, repair, pain, and time to resolution of swelling were compared between the two groups.
Results The repair success rate of observation group and control group was 100.00% (30/30) and 100.00% (30/30), respectively. 1 patient in this group was 1/30, compared with 2/30 in control group and 3/30 in this group, there was a significant difference (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the time for pain and redness to subside was significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Perioperative nursing intervention can reduce the occurrence of complications and promote the recovery of patients in the treatment of free skin flap repair of hand trauma skin and soft tissue defect, and the overall nursing effect is good, worthy of promotion.
