Application of fine nursing in Caesarean section parturient and nursing quality management
精细化护理在剖宫产产妇及护理质量管理中的应用

摘要

目的 研究分析精细化护理在剖宫产产妇及护理质量管理中的应用价值。方法 选择我院妇产科2021年5月至2023年2月收治的60例剖宫产产妇为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为研究组、对照组，各30例，两组产妇均开展剖宫产围术期常规护理，研究组产妇同时接受精细化护理干预，评价对比两组产妇分娩相关不良情况、早期预后情况及护理质量进行评价。结果 研究组产妇分娩相关不良情况发生率低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组术后首次排气与首次排便时间均短于对照组，离院前SAS与SDS评分均低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组护理质量评价显示优良率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 精细化护理应用于剖宫产产妇中可以有效降低分娩相关不良事件发生率，改善早期预后效果，提升护理质量。

Abstract

Objective To study and analyze the application value of fine nursing in the management of cesarean section and nursing quality.
Methods A total of 60 cases of women with cesarean section admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital from May 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into study group and control group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. Both groups received perioperative routine nursing. The adverse conditions related to childbirth, early prognosis and nursing quality of the two groups were evaluated.
Results The incidence of adverse events related to childbirth in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The first postoperative exhaust and first defecation time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, and the scores of SAS and SDS before discharge were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The nursing quality evaluation of the study group showed that the rate of excellent and good nursing was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of refined nursing in cesarean section can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events related to childbirth, improve the early prognosis and enhance the quality of nursing.
