层级管理模式在健康管理中心护理管理中的应用效果研究

摘要

目的 分析在健康管理中心中采取层级管理模式的重要应用价值。方法 研究对象为20名健康管理中心工作人员，所有工作人员均采取层级管理模式，对比管理前后的综合效果，研究起止时间为2022年1月-2022年12月。结果 管理后较管理前工作人员对管理工作的满意度显著更高；管理后较管理前工作人员的知识掌握情况、对话交谈能力、随机应变能力、护理管理能力、安全防护能力显著更高；管理后较管理前风险事件发生情况、潜在隐患与护患纠纷发生率均明显降低；上述指标对比均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在健康管理中的护理管理工作中，落实层级管理模式的应用价值更高，可提高工作人员的综合管理能力，显著控制护患纠纷事件的发生，为患者提供高质量服务。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application value of the hierarchical management model in the health management center.
Methods The subjects of this study were 20 health management center workers, all of whom adopted hierarchical management mode. The comprehensive effect before and after management was compared. The study was conducted between January 2022 and December 2022.
Results After management, the satisfaction of the staff was significantly higher than that before management. After management, the staff's knowledge, dialogue ability, adaptability, nursing management ability and safety protection ability were significantly higher than those before management. The incidence of risk events, potential hazards and nurse-patient disputes decreased significantly after management compared with before management. The above indexes were statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   In the nursing management of health management, the application value of the hierarchical management model is higher, which can improve the comprehensive management ability of staff, significantly control the occurrence of nursery-patient disputes, and provide high-quality services for patients.
