摘要
目的 研究社区高血压患者应用康复护理干预的效果。方法 样本选择范围是自2021年1月至12月期间社区的高血压患者，样本数是80例。依照随机分配的原则将全体患者平均分为两组，对照组应用常规护理，实验组应用康复护理干预，对比分析两组患者血压指标水平、生活质量水平、负面情绪以及依从性等方面的护理效果。结果 在实施护理之前，两组患者的收缩压和舒张压指标水平无统计学意义（P>0.05）；在实施护理之后，相较于对照组患者，实验组患者的收缩压和舒张压指标水平改善情况、依从性优于对照组，经比较后显示，组间差异存在统计学意义，P<0.05。结论 社区高血压患者应用康复护理干预，有助于改善患者的血压指标水平，缓解患者焦虑、抑郁的负面情绪，患者依从性高，具有重要的推广和应用价值。

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on patients with hypertension in community. Methods The range of sample selection was 80 patients with hypertension in the community from January to December 2021. According to the principle of random distribution, all patients were equally divided into two groups. Routine nursing was used in the control group and rehabilitation nursing intervention was used in the experimental group. The nursing effects of blood pressure index, quality of life, negative emotion and compliance between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups (P>0.05). The improvement and compliance of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with hypertension in the community is helpful to improve the blood pressure index level of patients, alleviate the negative emotions of anxiety and depression, and has high compliance, which has important promotion and application value.
