The influence of psychological nursing on middle-aged and elderly CCU patientsundergoing cardiac intervention surgery
心理护理对中老年CCU心脏介入手术患者的影响

摘要

目的 讨论和分析在中老年CCU心脏介入手术患者中实施心理护理的应用效果。方法 研究对象50例为中老年CCU内开展心脏介入手术的患者，以电脑随机法分为对照组（n=25）、观察组（n=25）两组，对照组开展常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上开展心理护理，研究起止时间为2021年5月-2022年5月。结果 护理前，两组患者的负面情绪评分无明显差别（P＞0.05）；经过护理后，观察组患者的负面情绪评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；护理前，两组患者的生活质量评分基本无差别（P＞0.05）；护理后，观察组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在中老年CCU心脏介入手术患者中实施心理护理，有利于改善患者的负面情绪，提高患者的生活质量和满意度，具有推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To discuss and analyze the effect of psychological nursing in elderly CCU patients undergoing cardiac interventional surgery.
Methods Fifty middle-aged and elderly patients undergoing cardiac interventional surgery in CCU were divided into control group (n=25) and observation group (n=25) by computer randomized method. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received psychological nursing on the basis of the control group. The study period was from May 2021 to May 2022.
Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in negative emotion scores between the two groups (P > 0.05). After nursing, the negative emotion score of observation group was lower than that of control group (P < 0.05); Before nursing, there was no difference in quality of life scores between the two groups (P > 0.05). After nursing, the quality of life score of observation group was higher than that of control group (P < 0.05); The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Psychological nursing in elderly CCU patients undergoing cardiac interventional surgery is beneficial to improve patients' negative emotions, improve patients' quality of life and satisfaction, and has the value of popularization.
