摘要
目的 分析精准护理干预模式用于ICU急性重症呼吸衰竭患者的效果。方法 纳入2022年收治ICU的急性重症呼吸衰竭患者70例。普通干预组，35例，行普通护理干预。精准护理干预组，35例，行精准护理干预。分析效果。结果 精准护理干预组的并发症发生率，对比普通干预组[2.86%对比22.86%]，更低，p＜0.05。护理8d后，精准护理干预组WHOQOL-BREF评分，对比普通干预组[生理评分：（12.07±2.15）分对比（9.75±1.09）分；心理评分：（13.42±2.39）分对比（10.37±1.15）分；社会关系评分：（13.16±2.04）分对比（10.29±1.17）分；环境评分：（13.59±2.25）分对比（10.25±1.18）分]，均更高，p＜0.05。精准护理干预组的临床护理满意率，对比普通干预组（97.14%对比77.14%），更高，p＜0.05。结论 在ICU急性重症呼吸衰竭患者中，实施精准护理干预，效果更佳。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of precision nursing intervention mode on patients with acute severe respiratory failure in ICU. Methods A total of 70 patients with acute severe respiratory failure admitted to the ICU in 2022 were included. General intervention group, 35 cases, received general nursing intervention. Precise nursing intervention group, 35 cases, received precise nursing intervention. Analyze the effect. Results The incidence of complications in the precise nursing intervention group was lower than that in the ordinary intervention group [2.86% vs. 22.86%], p<0.05. After 8 days of nursing care, the WHOQOL-BREF score of the precision nursing intervention group was compared with that of the ordinary intervention group [physiological score: (12.07±2.15) points vs. (9.75±1.09) points; psychological score: (13.42±2.39) points vs. (10.37±1.15) points score; social relationship score: (13.16±2.04) points vs. (10.29±1.17) points; environment score: (13.59±2.25) points vs. (10.25±1.18) points], all higher, p<0.05. The clinical nursing satisfaction rate of precision nursing intervention group was higher than that of ordinary intervention group (97.14% vs. 77.14%), p<0.05. Conclusion In patients with acute severe respiratory failure in ICU, the effect of precision nursing intervention is better.
