Early intervention and effect evaluation of rehabilitation nursing for children with cerebral palsy
小儿脑瘫康复护理早期干预及效果评价

摘要

目的 对小儿脑瘫康复护理早期干预的效果进行分析。方法 在临床中，提升小儿脑瘫患者康复质量是非常重要的研究课题，因此为了对这一课题进行分析，开展对照实验，对照实验的主要项目为康复护理早期干预的应用效果，对所纳入患者分组后分别采取不同的护理干预方式以提升研究的准确性，观察患者护理干预后的最终效果，并进行统计和对比。结果 经对比发现，观察组患者的护理效果明显优于对照组，康复效果和对照组形成较大差异（P＜0.05）。结论 在小儿脑瘫患儿护理期间采取康复护理早期干预可以有效的促进患儿康复时间的提升，改善护理效果。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of early intervention in rehabilitation nursing for children with cerebral palsy.
Methods In clinical practice, improving the rehabilitation quality of children with cerebral palsy is a very important research topic. Therefore, in order to analyze this topic, a controlled experiment was carried out. The main project of the controlled experiment was the application effect of early intervention in rehabilitation nursing. The patients were grouped into different nursing interventions to improve the accuracy of the study. The final effect of nursing intervention was observed, and statistics and comparison were made.
Results After comparison, the nursing effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the rehabilitation effect was significantly different from that of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Early intervention of rehabilitation nursing during the nursing of children with cerebral palsy can effectively promote the improvement of rehabilitation time and improve the nursing effect.
