Observation and nursing of the curative effect of Chinese massage on osteoarthritis
中医推拿治疗骨性关节炎疗效观察及护理

摘要

目的 对中医推拿治疗骨性关节炎的效果以及护理措施进行分析。方法 为了促进骨性关节炎治疗效果的提升，研究就中医推拿治疗措施的具体应用效果展开深入的探讨，将本院84例骨性关节炎治疗患者作为研究对象进行分组，并在分组后分别实施不同的治疗和护理措施，将两组患者治疗后得到的不同治疗结果进行比对。结果 经过治疗后发现，观察组患者的治疗效果明显高于对照组，组间差异较大，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在骨性关节炎患者治疗期间，采取中医推拿治疗和护理措施可以有效的提升患者的治疗效果和康复速度，并改善患者疼痛感。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect and nursing measures of traditional Chinese medicine massage treatment of osteoarthritis.
Methods In order to promote the improvement of the treatment effect of osteoarthritis, the study is an in-depth discussion on the specific application effect of TCM massage treatment measures. 84 cases of patients with osteoarthritis treatment in our hospital as the research object were grouped, and after the grouping were respectively implemented different treatment and nursing measures, the two groups of patients after the treatment of different treatment results were compared.
Results After treatment, it was found that the therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference between groups was significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   During the treatment of patients with osteoarthritis, Chinese massage therapy and nursing measures can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and recovery speed of patients, and improve the pain of patients.
