Observation of the effect of predictive nursing on femoral neck fracture during the treatment of hip replacement
髋关节置换术的治疗过程中应用预见性护理对股骨颈骨折患者的效果观察

摘要

目的 探讨将预见性护理模式运用于发生股骨颈骨折接受髋关节置换术治疗的患者中的效果。方法 选取2021年9月-2022年11月在本院接受髋关节置换术治疗的70例股骨颈骨折患者进行研究，经随机数字表法分组。对照组（常规护理，35例），观察组（预见性护理，35例），分析两组髋关节功能恢复情况、生活质量、不良事件发生情况。结果 观察组护理后的各项髋关节Harris评分及总分均较对照组高，生活质量评分较高，不良事件发生率较低（P＜0.05）。结论 在采用髋关节置换术对股骨颈骨折患者进行治疗期间，配合预见性护理干预能够在一定程度上促进其髋关节功能恢复，同时改善患者的生活质量，减少不良事件的发生。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of predictive nursing in patients with femoral neck fracture undergoing hip replacement.
Methods A total of 70 patients with femoral neck fracture who received hip replacement in our hospital from September 2021 to November 2022 were selected and grouped by random number table method. The control group (routine care, 35 cases) and the observation group (predictive care, 35 cases) were analyzed for the recovery of hip function, quality of life and adverse events in the two groups.
Results The Harris score and total score of hip joint in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the quality of life score was higher, and the incidence of adverse events was lower (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   During the treatment of femoral neck fracture with hip replacement, predictive nursing intervention can promote the recovery of hip function to a certain extent, improve the quality of life of patients, and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
