Effect of Chinese medical care on adverse emotions and adverse reactions to chemotherapyin breast cancer patients
中医护理对乳腺癌患者不良情绪及化疗不良反应的影响

摘要

目的 探讨对乳腺癌患者实施中医护理对不良情绪的改善与化疗不良反应的降低所起到的价值体现。方法 此次研究共选取146例乳腺癌需进行化疗治疗的患者展开对比实验，对比前需进行摇号分组，其中对照组73例患者采用常规护理方式，而观察组人数相同但护理方式为中医护理手段，对两组实际应用效果进行比较。结果 经实验数据表明，观察组患者在护理干预后SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组及护理前，与此同时不良反应显著降低（P＜0.05）。结论 对于行化疗治疗的乳腺癌患者而言，给予中医护理不仅能够最大程度的改善患者负性情绪，更可以减少不良反应的发生。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the value of Chinese medical care for breast cancer patients in improving the adverse mood and reducing the adverse effects of chemotherapy.
Methods A total of 146 patients with breast cancer treated with chemotherapy were selected for this study, and the patients were shaken and grouped before the comparison. 73 patients in the control group were treated with conventional care, while 73 patients in the observation group were treated with TCM care.
Results The experimental data showed that the SAS and SDS scores of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group and before the nursing intervention, and at the same time the adverse reactions were significantly reduced (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   For breast cancer patients treated with chemotherapy, Chinese medical care can not only improve the negative emotions of patients to the greatest extent, but also reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
