摘要
目的 分析骨科急诊创伤患者的护理管理策略，重点分析疼痛护理管理的应用优势。方法 随机抽取2021年3月至2023年3月在我医院接受手术治疗的骨科急诊创伤患者80例作为文中分析对象，按照随机法，将所有患者分为两组，每组40人，对照组为常规护理，观察组为疼痛护理管理，对比两组护理管理效果。结果 两组护理管理后各项指标结果对比显示,观察组的护理服务质量与对照组相比显著提升，（P<0.05）；观察组患者依从性以及舒适度与对照组相比均显著提升，（P<0.05）；观察组患者的疼痛程度和睡眠质量改善效果均优于对照组，两组数据结果对比有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对骨科急诊创伤患者开展疼痛护理管理，有助于提升护理管理的整体水平，提升护理人员工作的专业性，同时有助于提升患者的护理依从性，提高了身心舒适程度，减轻患者疾病疼痛度程度的基础上，改善患者睡眠质量,促进术后身体恢复效率，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract
Objective Analyze the nursing management strategies of orthopedic emergency trauma patients, focusing on the applied advantages of pain care management. Methods 80 orthopedic emergency trauma patients undergoing surgical treatment from March 2021 to March 2023 were randomly selected for the analysis. According to the random method, all patients were divided into two groups of 40 people in each group. The control group was routine nursing, and the observation group was pain nursing management, and the nursing management effect of the two groups was compared. Results The comparison of the indicators of the two groups after nursing management showed that the nursing service quality of the observation group was significantly improved compared with the control group (P <0.05); the compliance and comfort of the observation group increased significantly compared with the control group (P <0.05); and the pain degree and sleep quality of the patients in the observation group were better than that of the control group. And the results of the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion To carry out pain nursing management for orthopedic emergency trauma patients is helpful to improve the overall level of nursing management, improve nursing staff professional, and is helpful to improve the patients' nursing compliance, improve the physical and mental comfort, reduce disease degree of pain, improve the patients sleep quality, promote postoperative body recovery efficiency, improve the quality of life of patients.
