Study on the effect of pain combined with psychological nursing on patients with advanced cancer pain
疼痛与心理护理共同应用于晚期肿瘤癌痛患者的效果研究

摘要
目的 探究晚期肿瘤癌痛患者开展疼痛与心理护理的效果。方法 选择本院肿瘤科（2021~2022年期间）收治晚期肿瘤癌痛患者进行研究。共计100例。随机分组，数字表法均分2组。对照组（n=50），行常规护理。观察组（n=50），联用疼痛与心理护理。比较两组生活质量得分以及护理前后心理情绪、疼痛感、睡眠质量得分。结果 生活质量中，观察组社会功能得分为（80.57±5.56）分、生理功能得分为（77.48±4.14）分、精神状态得分为（84.64±4.88）分、情感职能得分为（85.74±5.64）分，均较对照组高（T=9.9562；T=9.8849；T=9.7719；T=7.7705；P<0.05）。观察组护理后睡眠质量得分为（7.02±1.25）分、HAMA得分为（11.78±1.86）分、HAMD得分为（9.48±1.83）分、疼痛感得分为（3.06±1.02）分，均较对照组低（T=6.5208；T=6.3868；T=8.2873；T=7.8831；P<0.05）。结论 晚期肿瘤癌痛患者护理中，疼痛与心理护理应用效果良好，可改善患者躯体疼痛、负性情绪，提高其生活质量及睡眠质量，值得推广。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on patients with advanced cancer pain. Methods Patients with Advanced Cancer Pain were selected from the department of Oncology (2021 ~ 2022). There are a total of 100 cases. The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group (N = 50) received routine nursing while the observation group (N = 50), combined with pain and psychological nursing. The scores of quality of life, psychological emotion, pain and sleep quality before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The quality of life, the scores of social function, physiological function, mental status and emotional function in the observation group were (80.57 ± 5.56), (77.48 ± 4.14), (84.64 ± 4.88) and (85.74 ± 5.64) respectively, both were higher than those in the control group (T = 9.9562; T = 9.8849; T = 9.7719; T = 7.7705; P <0.05). The scores of sleep quality, HAMA, HAMD and pain in the observation group were (7.02 ± 1.25), (11.78 ± 1.86), (9.48 ± 1.83) and (3.06 ± 1.02) respectively, both were lower than the control group (t = 6.5208; T = 6.3868; T = 8.2873; T = 7.8831; P <0.05). Conclusion In the nursing of patients with cancer pain in advanced stage, the effect of pain and psychological nursing is good, which can improve the patients' physical pain, negative emotion, quality of life, quality of sleep, it is worth promoting.
