Impact of intensive health cognitive care on quality of life in children with SLE
强化健康认知护理对系统性红斑狼疮儿童患者生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 分析系统性红斑狼疮儿童采取强化健康认知护理模式对其生活质量所产生的影响。方法 选取系统性红斑狼疮（简称：SLE）患儿84例展开研究，经随机数字法分为两组，对照组（常规护理）、观察组（强化健康认知护理）患儿数量为42例。对比两种护理模式下的患儿家属护理满意度及患儿的生活质量变化、SLE-DAL评分。结果 观察组患儿家属满意度比对照组高，p<0.05。护理前，组间SLE-DAL评分对比，p>0.05；护理后，观察组患儿的SLE-DAL评分比对照组低，p<0.05。观察组患儿的生活质量评分比对照组高，p<0.05。结论 SLE患儿采取强化健康认知护理模式所取得的效果显著，可改善患儿家属对病情的认知，并实施科学的管理手段，提升疾病的治疗效果，改善患儿生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of intensive health cognitive care model on their quality of life.
Methods 84 children with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) for short were divided into two groups, and the number of children in the control group (routine care) and observation group (intensive health cognitive care) was 42. The change of quality of life, SLE-DAL score were compared.
Results The family satisfaction of the children in the observed group was higher than the control group, p <0.05. Before nursing, SLE-DAL scores between groups, p> 0.05; after nursing, SLE-DAL score was lower than the control group, p <0.05. Children in the observation group were higher than the control group, p <0.05.
Conclusion   SLE children can strengthen the health cognitive nursing model, which can improve the cognition of the disease, and implement scientific management means, improve the treatment effect of the disease, and improve the quality of life of children.
