Application of detail nursing and comfort nursing in pediatric orthopedic nursing
细节护理及舒适护理在小儿骨科护理中的应用

摘要

目的 分析、探究细节护理、舒适护理在小儿骨科临床护理中的成效及影响。方法 随机抽取我院2022年3月-2023年1月期间收治的100例骨科患儿为研究对象，再以随机数表法将所有患儿分为两组，即对照组与观察组。为对照组患儿实施常规护理，观察组接受细节护理联合舒适护理，对比两组患儿的护理成效。结果 经对比后发现观察组患儿出现并发症的概率仅为4%，低于对照组并发症概率的22%（P＜0.05）；观察组患儿家长对护理工作的满意度为100%，高于对照组的76%（P＜0.05）。结论 在小儿骨科的临床治疗中，科学应用细节护理及舒适护理将提高临床护理工作的成效，可控制骨科患儿在临床治疗中出现并发症的风险系数，提高了患儿家属对医疗工作的满意程度，具有优质的护理成效。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and explore the effect and influence of detailed nursing and comfort nursing in pediatric orthopedic clinical nursing.
Methods 100 orthopedic children admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to January 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects, and then divided into two groups by random number table method, namely control group and observation group. The control group received routine nursing, the observation group received detailed nursing combined with comfort nursing, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.
Results The probability of complications in the observation group was only 4%, lower than 22% in the control group (P < 0.05). The satisfaction of parents in the observation group was 100%, higher than 76% in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   In the clinical treatment of pediatric orthopedics, the scientific application of detailed nursing and comfort nursing will improve the effectiveness of clinical nursing, control the risk coefficient of complications in clinical treatment of pediatric orthopedics, improve the satisfaction of family members of children with medical work, and have high-quality nursing results.
