摘要
目的 调查心胸外科患者的临床护理要点和现状，并对优质护理的实行价值作出研究。方法 研究经讨论后于2020年4月-2022年9月实行，在心胸外科现有病例信息中遴择出60份，且所属信息均参与该科室内的护理研究，结合双盲法原则对信息予以组别匹配，研究组、对照组为该研究内执行比较的组别，组内对应的护理措施分为优质护理、常规护理，后续比较中提及的项目为整体生活质量、护理满意程度。结果 研究组在过程中对各项生活指标预见性防护措施的落实程度及对患者院内的预后保障性，均高于对照组，数据间比较价值较高（P＜0.05）；研究组在过程中对该护理措施的选择倾向性及综合成效评价，均高于对照组，数据间比较价值较高（P＜0.05）。结论 优质护理调整了各个环节内的护理顺序和护理流程，对于患者整体生活质量的提升有一定作用，适用于临床治疗。

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical nursing points and current situation of cardiothoracic surgery patients, and to study the implementation value of high-quality nursing. Methods After discussion, the study will be implemented from April 2020 to September 2022. 60 pieces of information about the available cases of the department of cardiothoracic surgery are selected, and all of them are expected to participate in the indoor nursing study of the department. Information should be matched according to the principle of double-blind method. The items mentioned in the follow-up comparison were overall quality of life and satisfaction with care. Results The implementation degree of predictive protective measures for various life indicators in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the guarantee of prognosis in hospital was higher among the data (P < 0.05). The selection tendency and comprehensive effect evaluation of the nursing measures in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the comparative value between the data was higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing has adjusted the nursing order and nursing process in each link, and has a certain effect on the improvement of the overall quality of life of patients, which is suitable for clinical treatment.
