颅脑损伤术后患者应用综合性护理的效果分析

摘要

目的 研究分析颅脑损伤术后患者应用综合性护理的效果。方法 随机选择2022年1月-2022年12月期间我院收治的颅脑损伤患者60例作为研究目标，随机数字表法分为常规组：30例，研究组：30例。常规组术后应用常规护理，研究组术后应用综合护理，对比两组患者护理前后NFD评分、GCS评分、APACHEⅡ评分、并发症发生情况和护理满意度。结果 两组患者在护理前NFD评分、GCS评分、APACHEⅡ评分（P＞0.05），差异不存在意义；在护理后，两组患者NFD评分、APACHEⅡ评分均明显下降，GCS评分显著提升，且研究组各项评分优于常规组（P＜0.05），差异存在统计学意义；研究组总发生率为6.66%，常规组总发生率为40.00%，研究组总发生率低于常规组（P=0.0022＜0.05），差异存在统计学意义；研究组护理满意度为96.66%，常规组护理满意度为80.00%，研究组护理满意度高于常规组（P=0.0113＜0.05），差异存在统计学意义。结论 颅脑损伤术后患者应用综合性护理，可以改善患者神经功能，减少并发症的发生，提高护理满意度，值得推广及应用。

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing for patients after craniocerebral injury.
Methods 60 patients with brain injury admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly selected as the study objectives. The random number table was divided into conventional group: 30 cases and study group: 30 cases. In the conventional group, and in the study group, the NFD score, GCS score, APACHEⅡ score, occurrence of complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.
Results NFD score, GCS score, APACHEⅡ score in both groups (P> 0.05), There is no meaning of the difference; After the care, The NFD score and APACHEⅡ score were significantly decreased in both groups, A significant improvement in the GCS score, And the study group had better scores than the conventional group (P <0.05), The difference was statistically significant; The overall incidence rate in the study group was 6.66%, The overall incidence rate in the conventional group was 40.00%, The overall incidence rate in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group (P=0.0022 <0.05), The difference was statistically significant; The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 96.66%, The nursing satisfaction in the routine group was 80.00%, Nursing satisfaction was higher than the conventional group (P=0.0113 <0.05), The differences were statistically significant.
Conclusion   Comprehensive nursing for patients after craniocerebral injury can improve their neurological function, reduce the occurrence of complications and improve nursing satisfaction, which is worth popularizing and applying.
