摘要
目的 分析初产妇应用以家庭为中心的分娩训练教育模式所产生干预效果。方法 将我院2020年1月-2020年12月期间接诊的128例初产妇作为研究样本，以随机分组的方式对比两组初产妇在不同分娩训练教育模式下的分娩结局及产程时间。结果 实验组初产妇分娩结局优于对照组，产程用时较对照组用时短，两组数据对比结果与统计学要求相符（P＜0.05）。结论 初产妇应用家庭为中心的分娩训练教育模式，可以改变分娩结局，加快产程。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of childbirth training. Methods 128 cases of parturients received in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as research samples, and the outcomes and labor duration of the two groups of parturients were compared by random grouping under different modes of labor training and education. Results The outcome of childbirth in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, and the time of labor process was shorter than that of the control group. The results of the two groups were consistent with the statistical requirements (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of family-centered childbirth training and education model can change the outcome of childbirth and accelerate the labor process.
