中医特色护理技术在绝经后骨质疏松症患者中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨在绝经后骨质疏松症患者护理中应用中医特色护理技术的价值体现。方法 研究中所选取的164例绝经后骨质疏松症患者展开实验，采取奇偶数法进行分组，每组各82例患者，对照组沿用常规护理模式，后者实施中医特色护理技术，对两组实际应用情况展开实质性比较。结果 经实验结果来看，观察组患者临床疗效明显优于对照组，与此同时骨密度、骨代谢指标水平改善情况明显优于对照组及护理前，并且骨折发生率降低（P＜0.05）。结论 在对绝经后骨质疏松症患者展开护理时采用中医特色护理技术可有效提高临床疗效、改善患者骨代谢水平及骨密度指标水平，对骨折现象发生率的降低也有积极促进作用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing technology in the nursing of postmenopausal patients with osteoporosis.
Methods 164 patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis were selected in the study to carry out the experiment, and were divided into 82 patients in each group by the odd even method. The control group followed the conventional nursing mode, and the latter implemented the traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology. The practical application of the two groups was substantially compared.
Results The experimental results showed that the clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, at the same time, the improvement of bone density and bone metabolism indexes was significantly better than that of the control group and before nursing, and the incidence of fracture was reduced (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   In the nursing of postmenopausal patients with osteoporosis, the use of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology can effectively improve the clinical efficacy, improve the level of bone metabolism and bone density index of patients, and also have a positive promoting effect on the reduction of fracture incidence.
