Nurse-led orthopaedic pain management in trauma
以护士为主导的创伤骨科疼痛管理研究

摘要

目的 研究应用以护士为主导的创伤骨科疼痛管理在临床实践中起到的效果。方法 选取2021年10月至2022年11月期间本院骨科收治患者64例。将这64例患者随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者应用常规疼痛管理方式，观察组患者应用以护士为主导的创伤骨科疼痛管理方式，通过对两组患者基本资料分析来了解不同疼痛管理模式起到的效果。结果 应用以护士为主导的创伤骨科疼痛管理方式的观察组患者术后疼痛评分优于对照组，患者睡眠质量高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在骨科创伤患者治疗中应用以护士为主导的创伤骨科疼痛管理方式能够有效的降低患者疼痛感，也能从疼痛感降低中避免多种并发症发生，所以能够达到患者身体早日康复的目的。

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of applying nurse-oriented orthopedic trauma pain management in clinical practice.
Methods A total of 64 patients admitted to our Department of Orthopedics from October 2021 to November 2022 were selected. The 64 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional pain management methods, while patients in the observation group were treated with nurse-led orthopedic trauma pain management methods. The effects of different pain management modes were understood by analyzing the basic data of patients in the two groups.
Results The postoperative pain score of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the sleep quality of the patients was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   In the treatment of orthopedic trauma patients, the application of nurse-led orthopedic pain management can effectively reduce the pain of patients, and avoid a variety of complications from the reduction of pain, so as to achieve the purpose of early recovery of patients.
